We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with Strato for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase date
  • Contact our support team at support@strato.so with your refund request
  • Provide your account email and reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request:

  1. We will process your request within 2-3 business days
  2. Your subscription will be canceled immediately
  3. The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  4. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider

Subscription Renewals

Please note that the 14-day refund period applies only to the initial purchase. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from your billing settings, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Hobby (free) plan
